Rates and Cancellation Policy

Rates

Hotel Venere adopts revenue management techniques for rate management. Therefore the rates applied may vary over time based on availability, the period of stay, the booking period and other variables.

Reservations

Reservations can be made online directly from our site or by using the contact form. In this case it is necessary to send an email with the request for availability in the desired period and wait for our reply with the relative offer (not binding).
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after the payment, as soon as possible, of the confirmatory deposit which can be made by bank transfer or by credit card, either directly from our site during the booking phase or subsequently by email quotes. In the latter case, the IBAN of the hotel is provided by the reception for the transfer; while with the credit card data sent by the customer the reception carries out the authorized withdrawal.
Confirmation is sent by email together with the summary of the arrival and departure dates and the amount of the balance to be paid on departure. We invite you to check the accuracy of the confirmation data and to communicate any anomalies as soon as possible. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount.
For bookings made in a very short time with respect to the arrival date and therefore without the time to proceed with the transfer of the deposit, the customer must provide the credit card details as a guarantee at the time of booking.
The extension of the stay with respect to the period already booked is subject to availability and rate changes.

For groups (from 4 rooms onwards) the amount of the deposit is equal to 50% of the entire amount of the stay.

For bookings made in a very short time with respect to the arrival date and therefore without the time to proceed with the transfer of the deposit, the customer must provide the credit card details as a guarantee at the time of booking.
The extension of the stay with respect to the period already booked is subject to availability and rate changes.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or modification of reservation must be communicated in writing by e-mail referring to the reservation confirmation.

In case of moving the reservation to a period in which the rate is higher, the customer is required to pay the difference. Cancellation (except July and August) up to 3 days before the arrival date provides for a refund by issuing a voucher which allows you to re-plan a stay over 12 months in complete comfort, even in periods spread over time.

For July and August, a refund with a voucher is provided only if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the arrival date.

For groups (from 4 rooms onwards) there are cancellation conditions on a case-by-case basis.
